Complaint's are more prevalent but they are also founded and helpful. The common problem is less the car then how the problems are dealt with. I want to keep loving my vehicle but I'm not into a long distance relationship with a phone call now and again.

I have the HVBJB issue now (in service for 29 days now) with mixed messages from the forum members (unbelievable great), Ford CS (ok but overworked) and the service advisor (hello, are you there). The forum helped establish reference point to help with an issue. Even if rare when it happens it hurts and there is a lack in consistency in how it is responded to. Ford has a weak link dragging it down.

I agree with you 100%. Forum members are great, Ford's CS has been good, and service advisor...... Sigh~~~

Out-of-service for 34 days and counting, my MME has HVBJB and other battery issues as well. Thus, Ford will send an engineer to my local dealer to help fix my car. No idea when that will be, though.

Out of curiosity, since we are in the same boat, did your Ford CS suggest you initiate the buyback process? Mine did, which got me a bit surprised, especially because that happened on the 18th day after my MME problem.

Personally I think the Mach-E is pretty great in the Premium and Select trims... but I wouldn't get the GT.

I love my GT, I glad to be a member of MME owners community. But I’m a little bit overwhelmed by all this threads about issues, faults, bugs, dings, noises, troubles, reboots, malfunctions and etc. Additionally all negative posts about dealership experience, delivery delays and so on. Really MME is so bad car or something wrong with Forum?

Yes complaints are posted so Ford can get their service teams to evaluate problems. My wife's GTPE was picked up In Oct 2021 clocking 8500 miles without any major problems. Level 2 charger can't fully operate in 85 Deg garage and slows down by 50pct. Many mme owners have this problem. Dealer want to keep the car over nite to see when it turns amber. But their garage has A.C. So we are stuck with a under 80 deg charger. I am glad forum members are getting Ford to act. And if it really is keeping you up at nite turn the channel. Good luck with your Mme.

You’re right, knowing what I know now, I would have probably gotten the GTPE

Your logic is sound.

If you like the base models, why would anyone buy the same car but faster and better looking? ?

Take in consideration price increase you will loose a lot of money if you want to own MME. It make sense only if you ok with refund. At current time I would avoid buyback process. Manufacturer is the winner anyway that’s why they proposed you a buyback.

Depends on the trim and if your mme has the bad hvbjb. GTs are a ticking time bomb. No sweat if you have rwd and or sr small battery

How often do you go to your internet providers forum to praise their stable service? Usually when someone even searches for a forum its to report a problem or to look for help.

I've had mine for about two weeks and other than some weird software glitches here and there I love it.

Hi there! I can look into your Mach-E's concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Mach-E's VIN?

That’s the difference, I was in search for other reasons. For me MME is something bigger then internet provider or microwave with wheels. I had many brands of cars, but a member of forum I was only once. When I bought my first car I became a member of BMWForum. That experience made me think in other direction.
The car is Great, the Forum is Helpful, I’m is the one who is wrong here! Cheers ?

I get it, I came here for the same reason. I was just pointing out the reason the majority of people end up in forums. I'm sure if you search 'MME issue with xyz' on google it's highly possible a thread in this forum will pop up, and honestly a lot of people will do just that.

This community is pretty awesome and I love getting ideas on what to do with my MME.

Sharing modifications is a big benefit of participating in this forum. I would never have even thought about adding a hatch button, but now I have one and I love it.

I planning to add hatch button as well, bought spare button all ready.
Sadly threads like this not often are in top. 13 pages with threads about PAAK more common trend.
