Recent Plug & Charge Issues

I started on my journey back home to Dallas last Friday, but noticed that Plug & Charge started to not work and throwing an error of "Payment Declined". I also saw another gent having the same issue.

I tried calling Ford since their Connected Services team said they were open, but the operator said they're not open which does not seem right since Plug & Charge could be a lifeline.

I know for me, when I've not been able to activate an EA charger through their app, Plug & Charge has saved the day.

If Plug and Charge doesn't work, log in and make sure your credit card is valid.

If it still doesn't work, activate the charger via the FordPass app and then plug in.

Most definatly those were the first things I checked. CC was valid and PC was already activated as I had been using it off and on since I got the car.

Then follow my last step.

If Ford's servers don't communicate with EA, that won't work either.
