Today I went on a road trip and stopped at 3-4 DC fast chargers(up to 150) and all of them charged at 32kw. Is there any issue and is there a way to reset the settings?
It charged 82kw from 10-20% but started to drop to 30-32kw after 20%. That's very slow.

That isn't normal at all. I use mostly electrify america because they have the best fast charging rates where I am. Maybe give some extra details? Charging station company, exterior temps when you tried charging? Did you try stopping and restarting? Climate control turned on? Car turned on? The two times I've had unusually slow charging I swapped chargers and the issue went away. From 10-20% I'm at a consistent 100+kw, over the course of a 40min charge the average hovers around 75kw

I have experienced EA chargers that behave that same way. I have to move the car to another charger that actually works as it should.

You can look at reviews on plugshare.com for the stations in question and see if others are reporting similar behaviour.

Here is an example:
https://www.plugshare.com/location/158434

Multiple reports that station 3 only pulls 30-35 kWh, station 2 is out of order, station 1 seems to work, no reports of status of station 4, perhaps it is the 350 kWh station also reported as down.

Probably nothing wrong with your car, just really crappy charging infrastructure.

I'm from Canada and tried electrify Canada(up to 350kw), Petro canada(150kw) and ivy network (150kw) all same result charging at 30-32kw. Weather was around 22-30 Celsius. Charged at various levels of battery level of the car. 10% left, 38% left

As noted, you should first look up each location on Plugshare to see if they have issues.

You can also contact the provider when you're there and they can view the session, and reboot the charger if needed.

You MAY have an issue with the car. Since your dealer won't have a level 3 DC charger available, it will be up to you to provide them with the right feedback to help diagnose the issue. For example - going to an EC location with 8 chargers, where Plugshare showed they are fine, having an X vehicle charge before you that you see on the charger display is at 1XX, and then you connect and get 32kW.

If you have a 2021, especially a job 1 (first half) car and haven't had any updates applied, I'd focus on that. And, your dealer can see if there are any trouble codes showing.

I wen to charge at an EA station for the first time (usually charge at home). My car was getting only between 60-80 Kwh. I'm not sure if it is an issue with the car or the charging infrastructure.
