You had to register to get one at Ford’s web site under your car’s VIN. I believe the free adapter registration ended in August. Deliveries are still under way for reservations made in May. There are third party adapters that are more readily available. These are from Lectron and A2Z EV. ??

The free adapter program ended on 9/30/24.

You can wait until Ford has them for sale, their price will be $200.

Or, you can buy one from a company like A2ZEV. A2ZEV makes the Typhoon Pro adapter for Tesla SuperChargers. It sells for $189.00 ($170.10 after using code FORDFORUM). They also sell the Stellar adapter, which is for Tesla Destination chargers (such as hotels, private homes). It sells for $108. If you pick use the dropdown menu on the Typhoon Pro page to pick the Stellar adapter also, the combined price is $270.00 ($243.00 with code FORDFORUM). In other words, it’s only $72.90 more for the destination charging adapter. They are currently shipping quickly. I have both adapters and have used both many times. since the deadline for free adapter has passed, it's probably easier and cheaper to order an a2z or lectron adapter. As tens of thousands of people still waiting for the ford adapter.

I am 3782 and haven't received the replacement shipment notice yet.

I think my number was something like 1500 and mine arrived yesterday, about a week after getting the Ford email that it was coming and informing me to return the original adapter.

The tracking link in the e-mail doesn't work for me either, but when I sign in to my FedEx account the info is there. My adapter is scheduled to arrive today.

LOL. 90003242 here. I’m hoping Ford delays until I can get a Ford-designed/Lectron-produced adapter. I really want to compare them. ??

Glad you're getting yours, but bummer they haven't ramped up. The last round of estimates (that I'm aware of) put orders up to 90,000 in the November delivery window. I got my adapter (29885) shipping notification on 11/12. With 30690 just shipping it makes me think Ford gets a batch the beginning of each month and ships them out. That's just 805 adapters shipped in 3 weeks.
