Good afternoon all!
Just joined the MME family with my new 2023 GTPE in vapor blue with the night pony package. Ive had many cars in my life so far, including several sports cars, and this is by far my favorite across the board!
I've worked on and off for NASA for the past 20 years doing projects like Space Shuttle, JWST, Dream Chaser, and several lunar missions. I say that to quantify my option that is a very well engineered car. I knew a few engineers that helped develop it as well and Iām impressed to say the least.
I also spent 2 years racing for GM in various Corvettes and Camaros including on the Nurburgring in Germany. Brought home a few ladies class titles and one overall award. It was a blast driving those cars, and to have the MME be so responsive and able to really grip the wild Colorado mountain road turns, itās a total blast to drive!
This is also my first Ford product and everything from the service team at my dealer to the responsiveness of the Ford care folks has been so refreshing.
Iām only a few weeks in and have had my MME ceramic coated and my windows tinted with the UV blocking ceramic film.
Iām so in love with this car! Canāt wait to take her out to a local autocross event and see how she does!
Feel free to toss me any questions I might be able to answer about space, cars, or life in general!
Thanks to the team who put these forums together, I hope my future contributions will be helpful!
