UPDATE on April 27, 2023: After starting another thread on Securialert issues (and addressing @Ford Motor Company in the thread too) it seems that something got fixed. Securialert is *not* coming on automatically anymore and the constant notifications on door openings (whether Securialert is on or off) have also ceased.

Maybe it was the most recent PowerUp update, someone at Ford tweaking the servers controlling Securialert, or something else, knock on wood it doesn’t start happening again. Sure glad it has stopped after 8,000+ miles and my first eight months of ownership!

—————
I have grown to detest Securialert:
  • Like you @macchiaz-o the latency in receiving notifications makes Securialert worthless
  • Even when I open my MME with my key fob or have my PaaK in my pocket, it notifies me when the driver's door opens and then ANY door after that. Over and over again.
  • I turn Securialert off every day but it TURNS ITSELF BACK ON so this HARRASSING NOTIFICATIONS happen again-and-again
  • This Securialert bug, likely at the @Ford Motor Company server-level — as well as the rear bouncy suspension — are two things that are REALLY TURNING ME OFF to my once-beloved MME.
With 7,500 on my MME I took it in for service primarily to get the cargo cover fixed (one of the pins fell out and is gone) but they had to order the part. I added a request for them to analyze/examine Securialert but the dealer service liason came back with, "Securialert passed all diagnostics so it's doing what it's supposed to be doing."

Um...no it's not.

The part is in at the dealer so, when I'm in for service (Santa Margarita Ford in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) tomorrow, I have insisted they do a deep-dive-analysis on Securialert and figure out how to defeat it...once and for all.

If you perform a Master Reset on your SYNC display, Securialert is removed permanently.

Reluctant to do that—I don't want to have to set everything back up again!—since @Ford Motor Company says on Sync troubleshooting this verbiage:

A SYNC master reset erases all stored data, such as call history, text messages, previously paired phones, navigation favorites, and modem activation. We recommend that you perform a master reset:

  • Before selling or transferring ownership.
  • After purchasing or leasing a pre-owned vehicle.
  • Before and after renting a vehicle.

There is no deep-dive to be done. It’s all Ford Pass and Ford servers related. Even if it wasn’t, it’s just the well documented bugginess of the software.

Just to quickly add, make sure you tell them you don’t want them to do this then. 99% chance you bring it in for something software related and they’ll do a master reset to make it seem like they did something.

I've dropped off my vehicle for software related concerns on four occasions and so far, no master resets were performed. So in my case, it's a 0% occurrence at this time. I was surprised that it isn't standard operational procedure.

I did, however, perform several on my own while trying to fix things on my own... That resulted in SecuriAlert disappearing from my services list.

And as an aside for the other poster, the master reset is no big deal. It didn't take long to re-establish my connections and preferences.

This is good to know! I had Securialert turned off because it was useless to annoying. I turned it back on to see if it had gotten any better and by the time I realized it wasn't, the button disappeared from my app. But I still get the useless and annoying notifications! A master reset may be in my future....
