Settings Not Holding

Just got a 2024 MME Premium and we have tried EVERYTHING to get the settings to hold. Change Treble/Bass settings along with Ambient Light Color on my Profile and have selected number 1 for driver. Once car is shut down and you go back out everything goes back to factory except seat and mirrors. Any Suggestions?

It's a bug where audio settings are not being remembered. Not sure if the fix is out or imminent

Are you sure it’s the settings that are changing and not the profile? There was a bug where the profiles would switch to guest occasionally. I just ended up setting the guest profile to match my own.

Yep tried even with Guest and no luck

According to Ford its an "Over the Air" update that needs to happen and is scheduled for 4th quarter so should be anytime. Very frustrating, this should have been communicated to EVERYONE and disclosed at time of purchase for all as well

4th quarter? That ends in 26 days. Not to be skeptical it we haven’t exactly seen a flurry of 2021 OTA activity. Here’s hoping though,

There is a Fix . Ford will send it over the air, down load. Mine was sent while I was in the car at the home garage about 1:00PM . It did some funny things and the passenger side audio quit during the down load . But don't worry ! It will right it's self in about 30 minuets. and then you can reset the audio sound curves to suite what you like . PAX Tecum PTE

I purchased about a month ago and I'm having the same issue. Does anyone know if that OTA download happened yet? I checked and don't have any pending updates.
