I just called 2 dealers and both asked for $345 for 12v battery replacement. something like $200 for battery and $145 for work. I'm completely pissed since the very same battery has MSRP $130 and $18 core deposit.

any one had better experience?

I ordered mine on fordparts.com and selected different dealers in the area because the price varies. I ended up buying it for 117 and got another 20 off coupon for first time users pick up at the Tracy Ford location. So around 97 plus core fee. Followed the instructions from the forum, watch the video, and changed it in 20 minutes. Then I reset the BMS by following @Mach-Lee instructions.

I was lazy and ordered at close to me dealership for $130 each. I just do not understand how same battery can cost $200 at some dealerships

Because they can sell the battery for whatever price they want to. I just replaced a battery in a '21 today for a member that paid $160 for the battery at Walnut Creek Ford. My dealer here in Sonora (Sonora Ford) wants $185. Did you get yours at Serramonte Ford?

Yes, I got at Serramonte. My favorite James Ford asked $200. They might price match this price, but I didn’t feel up to this conversation.

I have friends in HMB that used to bring their cars to James Ford but they no longer do. They now use Serramonte Ford for all their service needs. I live 5 minutes away from Sonora Ford but when my '21 needed the HVBJB replaced twice, I had it done 3 hours away at Serramonte Ford. Jason Lakey is the Service and Parts Director and a personal friend of mine. If you ever have any issues, contact him and let him know I sent you.

Serramonte Ford service failed me couple times. I had very negative experience, even that I bought on of my MMEs from them:
1. Made service appointment at commercial instead of retail.
2. Lied about parts shortage when repeatedly forgot to order.
3. Overcharge…..

Parts was good so far…. Sales internet manager and finance great.
