Anyone get this message in the app? SRS Triggered due Vehicle Unplugged . Related to me having the setting on to allow preconditioning without being plugged in.

What is SRS? I can’t shake the Supplemental Restraint System meaning. That’s not what it’s referring to here correct?

Yes. I do have it scheduled and it works great. Thanks. Just couldn’t figure out what SRS stood for here. Kind of weird grammer use too

I agree. SRS can also mean Supplemental Restraint System.
It would be a big problem if unplugging set off the air bag ?

Imagine me running out of my office to the car the first time I got the message for this exact reason. LoL

I got the same message this morning. IT was quite the surprise as I had the setting turned off for remote start/preconditioning.

Every morning I get the dreaded "SRS Triggered Due Vehicle Unplugged" message. Scheduled start is turned off in the car, but the ridiculously worthless FordPass app won't let me toggle off departure times (I had previously set up departure times in the app but don't want them anymore). Thus, I have to go through this same ridiculous exercise every morning. Any ideas how to get this stupid app to be useful for once??? How do I toggle off the departure time?

Do it from the settings menu in the car under CHARGE

Yes, that is what I did. Changed it in the car but the app won't sync to the changes.

Perhaps uninstall the app then reinstall? I had also done that since

What's funny is my Departure Times only work if my car is unplugged. If unplugged, I get the SRS notification, and it starts up on schedule. If it's plugged in, it stays sound asleep.
