Stop Safely Now...Turtle...Stuck!

2021 Mach EX...This is the third time in less than 6 months! The first two issues with bricking happened at my house (luckily)...but not today...my vehicle jerked and proceeded to quickly slow down while displaying the "stop safely now" error message and a orange turtle icon...I tried waiting 15 minutes before restarting but I'm not having any luck...also getting a "shift system fault" message...My vehicle is stuck in Park. I called for a tow...of course there have been no takers...something about needing a tow service with a wheel lift and the roadside assistance service not approving the tow truck provider's pricing...gonna try to get a 12v battery jump from AAA...but for now I'm stuck on the side of the road on the hottest day so far...Please help a "hot" chick!!! sorry this happened to you and no one is responding. I think people are exhausted with all the "stop safely now" stranded issues popping up daily. Hopefully they can open your battery and fix. Keep us posted.

Third time in 6 months??? Wow. I’d be getting some answers and assurances or a buy back

@Tai Wow, 3rd time in 6 mons. Before the 12v LVB dies or if you have a jump pack, can try to get the car in "emergency tow mode" under settings. Sorry I didn't see this sooner. I KNOW the pain of having it happen away from home and had to wait 8 hours to get a tow truck with the proper equipment. Very frustrating.

Happened to me today, first time as I have had the vehicle for over a year and a little over 13k miles. I get the jerk at acceleration, orange turtle/SSN. Able to get the vehicle home after the second restart attempt. Will try plugging in any ODB reader to see what comes up if anything.

Just tried plugging into 110 charger, orange circle/charging fault. Also will not start all the typical powertrain failure messages- full accessory mode, 12v battery shows 13v, not looking forward to ANOTHER service visit, but compared to others we have been lucky. Multiple trips in the vehicle earlier in the day were trouble free.
