Stupid Trim with pics

I have the same issue on the drivers side only. I put in a camera and rear camera and ran the cables down the passenger side. No problem on the passenger side.
I massaged it so it's much better, but don't know how long it will stay put. Might try a heat gun to reshape the a pillar piece.
Sept 22 delivery so I think it's out of warrantee. I'll look to see what the cost of the part is and then see if I can change the curve a little.

It appears everyone who had this issues is driver side only. It’s either the headliner foam, A pillar or weatherstripping that’s too short to overlap properly. I’m not sure what the warranty fix would even be and if they would mess it up even more.

The bottom part from Ford is $37. I think if it fit as tight as the passenger side it would be just fine. I think I'll go to the dealer tomorrow and see what they say and probably order the part.
It will be 4 or 5 weeks before I have the time to look at this again. I'll post back then.

A Pillar Trim and it's $27. I think this is the part that is very slightly miss shaped. Yes if the headliner was 1/4 inch wider at that spot it would not pop out.
