Hi, I received an email today from FORD company saying that YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. My actual order date was 5th Nov 2021. Does this mean my order has been pushed down the queue? I still see Nov 5th as my order date in the ford app. CONFUSED !!!

i got another email as well saying the same thing, but it said it was one of the "early 2022 orders" (ordered 10/21/21). I just checked my reservation status and it now says scheduled for production 2/7/22. i assume it could still take months to actually get built, etc.

My build date for my September 8th 2020 order is now set for 1/31/22! Very excited, and pretty much aligns with the 28+ estimate. I updated via the order change form too.

I spoke with my dealer, where I ordered it. They have a way of looking into the order and delivery process. Just today I had them check again, and the "Track a Vehicle" form now says, "In Production" as of December 10. Before it always said, "In Order Processing." So it appears that finally my MachE is in production, and if they can finish it on time, it might be ready to ship to me by Jan 3. I will check back with them in another week or so.

Yes, hard to understand, I ordered/confirmed 5/28 and has been "in production" for 6+ weeks. No further updates from Ford or the dealer. No doubt Ford wants to get cars in the hands of customers but a little communication would be nice.
