It's all about your Dealer having enough allotment for the quarter.
Yep, this is the holy grail that everyone is missing here. Doesn't matter if you had a reservation or when you placed your order if your dealer doesn't have allotment. And their abilities to play by the rules FoMoCo sets out seems to dictate that allotment as well as perhaps training and other unknowns. All I know is my 4/7 ordered car is built and on a train to Kansas. :)

For anyone that ordered in late April with ER+AWD premium, did anyone get a scheduled production date today? Or only GT orders? I have an order through the dealer so my visibility isn't as good as ones initiated through the website.
Not yet. I was hoping for some news yesterday. I ordered online back on 4/23. Premium AWD/ER. My order fell into the carbonized grey/dark matter grey transition. It seems like a production schedule could pop up any week now.

Yeah, this is awful. I also tried using a local, smaller dealer when I have 2 or 3 more within 10 miles of me. If they are going to do it this way, we should have this information before placing an order, which I know Ford won't ever do. :-\

Yeah, this is awful. I also tried using a local, smaller dealer when I have 2 or 3 more within 10 miles of me. If they are going to do it this way, we should have this information before placing an order, which I know Ford won't ever do. :-\
One thing I've noticed in the Portland area is that all the dealers ordered a bunch of select models to sell off the lot. They've all seemed to arrive lately so maybe next quarter's orders will be going out soon.

Got great news finally yesterday and submitted a change form. Finally got a scheduled for production date of 9/5/2021 ...can finally get the wife to chill out a bit now knowing some detials

Got great news finally yesterday and submitted a change form. Finally got a scheduled for production date of 9/5/2021 ...can finally get the wife to chill out a bit now knowing some detials
Ours are scheduled for the same day. Lets race. Whoever takes delivery first wins lol

So, I ordered my MME PREMIUM RWD SR on 7/6...I created my Ford account this morning to start tracking, but the reply I got was "there is no order under your email". My sales rep said I won't see anything until they issue a Vin#. I told him that from doing my research on the forum, my info sould be in the system. Any thoughts?? Thanks!

Since you just created your Ford account, then you must not have used the online resrvation system. Or, if you did use the online system, then you need to login with the account you would have created at that time to see your reservation.

Otherwise, your sale associate is correct - you won't be able to monitor your vehicle's progress online until you have a VIN. Once you do, you can check it at https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking .

I ordered it thru the dealer...I actually called Ford and they see the car but my rep didnt put my email in (he used his) so I am having him update it. Thanks for replying :)

Found my VIN and have been going though the Details app that someone put together and I just might be obsessing over looking at the options I have configured. Each time I go to close the tab in the browser, I feel I need to give it another look

You're in for a bit of a wait. You've picked the most popular car being ordered, not including the GTs. Premium/AWD/Extended Range has been the most popular model. I was told by my salesperson that if I did away with the extended range I would get my car a lot sooner. Told her I would wait. I ordered mine at the end of Feb 2021.
I ordered a Premium/RW/Standard Range at the end of Feb 2021 and I'm still waiting for delivery. In palsapp, destination and destination name (straight to my dealer) is populated, but still in a "Pending" status. Trying to stay calm, but going nuts at the same time.
