From what I gathered from my dealer, the order they created is completely detached from my Ford.com account. He said it should merge in a couple of days, since phone and email are the same. Of course I don't have any confidence this will happen. I tried the chat with Ford and that is only for Sync4 issues, but they basically said until there's a VIN assigned, they don't care.Just added my order. I'm having the same issue rcechinel mentioned above. I got an email on 12/27 from Ford confirming my order has been placed but didn't see an order number on that email. When I log into my account on Ford it doesn't show up under reservations or orders. I've sent a follow up note to my dealer to see if they know what's going on. I wondered if it has to do with the holidays.
Miserable experience. While this happens, a friend ordered a model y stress free and getting delivered in February.
