I’m at 36 weeks and still no ship date..Form completed.
1/3/22: Premium extended range awd in dark matter gray. Dealer and Ford accepted 1/3/22. Waiting on scheduling for production.
Now the long (impatient) wait begins. 28 week estimate at time of order.
I’m at 32 weeks, still “in production “ ,Ford Marketing rep says no projected ETA available.I’m at 36 weeks and still no ship date..
I'm jealous, ordered mine June 13th and still not scheduled for production. ? Happy for you though.Ordered 11/13/21…just received a email with build date 1/31/2022. Not a bad turnaround…will see if that build date holds.
2022 MME Premium AWD Extended for delivery in Texas
That’s terrible. Mine is June 15 order shipped last week. Contact your dealer have them call Ford.I'm jealous, ordered mine June 13th and still not scheduled for production. ? Happy for you though.
196 days lol. Try doubling that pal..I wanted to see what 2022 orders looked like. So, I sorted all orders submitted to this data base from 1 October 2021 to 8 Jan 2022. Although total orders for the 2022 MME probably number in the thousands, only 198 US 2022 MME orders have been submitted here, to date.
60.1% Premium, 19.7% GT, 12.6% CalRte1, and 7.6% Select. 68.7% AWD & 31.3% RWD. 81.8% extended battery & 18.2% standard battery. Most popular color Blue, chosen 4 times more often than the least chosen, Orange. Whites, red, gray in between, about 50% less chosen than Blues, but twice as often chosen as silver and black and 3 times more often than orange.
25.1% of all orders came from California. It took the next four closest states (FL, CO, TX, VA) to equal California's proportion. So, just 5 states accounted for half of all 2022 orders registered here. The next 12 States accounted for 35% of orders, with the remaining 19 States accounting for the last 15% of orders.
Last, only 12.6% of respondents entered an "estimated build date" and no "actual build date" has yet been recorded for any 2022 MME order. 2022 MME production was to begin this week, with overdue 2021 orders being fulfilled into February, but doesn't it seem like October 2021 orders should be getting their actual build dates starting around February 2022?
(I'm only day 32 of 196-day wait per Ford, so I'm counting off the days wondering about what I'm actually facing. Has Ford actually done anything positive about the microchip shortage? too soon to tell, but Cuautitlan did pretty well with December MME production. Let's see January go over 6,000 units with no recalls or incompletes.)
