My 6 day old MME didn't come with a charger but from what I am reading, it seems to be a pc of junk anyway. There are so many great charger options for under $200, that can do 40A (if you have 50A wiring/ fuse / capacity) and you can find many with UL/ CE certification. My 4 yr old 32A charger I got from Amazon I use for my CX-90 PHEV is still working flawlessly.
It's supposed to come with the car, if it was a brand new '23 like ours, I would go back to the dealer and demand it. If it was used, YMMV.

Ford stopped making the Ford Mobile Charger standard with Job2 2023 cars. Since then, the FMC has been $500 additional. ?‍♂?

Wow. Ok thanks. What a cluster-youknowwhat. We would have had no way to charge on the first night home.

Yeah, while some people have charging already available to them (I had a PHEV before the MME), new purchasers don’t generally have it. Charlie-Foxtrot, indeed! ??

I think that with the introduction of the 2023 Job2 cars they probably trained sales staff to upsell customers to buy the FMC. Obviously, there are a bunch of other choices out there. Most are better and some cheaper. I still have my twice-used FMC (once at 120, once at 240), but I bought a Tesla Mobile since it’s much more flexible for input amperage. ??
