Suggestion for New Product - active grill shutter protector

Just had one of my shutters knocked out by something on the road. Wanted to ask the type of filament you have used and if you have any suggestions for the online/offline 3d printing services (I’m in the Bay Area, California) ?

I used JAWSTECH to order mine:

Process/Material: MJF / MJF Nylon 12
Volume: 40016.33 mm3
Box Size: 34.68mm x 254.48mm x 47.82mm
Color Option: Black
Finish Option: Polished

It's held up after all of these years, but has definitely faded a bit. I'd recommend a matte clear coat before you install.

This ASA filament looks like a winner, but there are 3 different blacks, and I don't want to try all 3 at $30/pop.

I haven't printed it myself as the one I ordered from Jawstech has held up really well. I do have my own printer now and would definitely print it again and would probably use ASA, although ABS would work too but will fade. I'm not sure which black to recommend but need to do something with mine since my printed piece is really faded. I may just tape it all off and spray them all so they match vs trying to match one.
