Well I thought I'd get away without needing any sort of wrap on this car or paint protection, but with a little over 500 miles in addition to two tiny horizontal scratches I found upon delivery (they park these close) I now have 2 rock chips, one on the hood and 1 on the grille / bug collector.
Suggestions in the NJ area for a wrap or if the protector on Ford parts is worth it for the hood?
Trying to avoid grabbing my touch up detail pen every large trip I go on, and have seen some pretty awesome designs with vinyl on the front that look like they can stand up better than the paint.
Thanks for any suggestions. I know we're 6 months out from something that bolts to the hood seamlessly, but I don't think the paint has that long with 2 visible chips in 500 miles.
