Have a 2021 Mach e RWD Premium that won’t come to a complete smooth stop without a slight back and forth motion. Does this happen with all the Mach e cars or just mine?

How many miles? It might be time for new pads

29000. Haven’t mentioned this to dealer yet but last time I had it in for routine maintenance they said brakes had little wear.

No, they all do that. Feels like a 73' Lincoln stopping on a hill. It's just a heavy car and Ford did not dial that in as well as some other OEMs.

The transition from regen braking to friction brakes is not the smoothest.
Do you use 1 pedal? I find that to be pretty smooth.

Hello there. I would like to look into your brake concerns on my end. To get things started, can you please send over a message with your VIN and estimated mileage?

My 2021 job 1 would stop smooth as silk when I got it. They assed things up at some point with updates.

My ‘21 GT-PE brakes OK in 2PD. I don’t do 1PD so I cannot comment on that. ?‍♂?
