I have an early build Premium 4x AWD ER and I’ve been having some issues that are quite annoying. I think I have narrowed it down to Sync and resetting it seems to solve it for a short time but I’m resetting sync at least once a week
Problems list:
1: things just turn on while driving. For example once a month the radio will turn on without me doing anything or the sync voice command prompt will start

2: wireless car play will just refuse to connect to my phone as it has decided to be connected to Bluetooth instead

3: the weirdest one so far was last weekend the car decided to start preconditioning without a scheduled precondition time that day

4: the car sometimes wakes up for departure time preconditioning. Sometimes it doesn’t wake up and if I open and close the door it starts doing the preconditioning. It’s like it goes into too deep of a sleep

5: yesterday the thermometer was stuck until I reset sync

6: an update failed and now I cannot see my ford power up version number. This one doesn’t get fixed with a sync reset.

Most of these seem to get a short term solution with doing a sync reset (or are solved for the time being). I had it out to the dealer and they said they reprogrammed all 12 modules(my main complaint was the preconditioning not happening for departure times) but that hasn’t done anything and 3, 5, 6 all happened after the reprogramming.

I've read the APIM is the module that controls everything sync related. Could this be that module failing? Any troubleshooting measure I should do?
Thanks in advance

Everyone sees that.

Once you've received an OTA it will show the version for a while then it goes back to "all up to date".

That’s new for me. Until that failed update it always said what version number I had. Now I don’t get update notes either. When I click on the downloaded icon it goes to “up to date”
