T-1000 Chrome Mach-E spotted

Not a new model per se, but spotted in Montreal.

I saww this one in 2022 on what appears to be the same street in the old section of Montreal. Owner must live or work in that area. It's quite eye-catching in bright sunlight. A real contrast to the matte finish that seems to be a popular aftermarket alteration.

Well, I don't know I think cars that have chrome and shiny stuff like that on them as a whole covering the body is more of a hazard than anything

Looks like a car that will do a fantastic job of blinding nearby drivers at the height of daylight.

I've experienced this firsthand with the Cybertruck. In Vegas sun, the strip of slanted metal beneath the back window is blindingly bright when you're behind it.

Not when it's safety related. Blinding other drivers is not a good idea.

I really don't think it's going to be blinding anyone. Or that's conjecture until we actually hear reports of vehicles with chrome wraps being a real nuisance.
Maybe they have been reported. I've just never come across it.

In terms of being reflective, I really don't see much difference between a chrome wrap and my (rapid red) mach-e after a good bath and ceramic coating.

I don't know about that the only Art I know that drove down the street, caused an accident or possibly hurt someone was a guy named Art.

Is it possible this is just a Mach-E with a chrome wrap? What distinguishes this T-1000 from a normal Mach-E. I’ve not heard about this model.

Virtually certain in my book that this is a wrap.

Of course it is a chrome wrap. It is hard to believe, with the reflection problems this causes, that this style is legal.

Man you CA people thinking everything under the sun should be illegal.
