Somehow, against my vote, my MME is being pressed into service for the Elton John concert tomorrow at Metlife Stadium N.J. The car is three weeks old and has 1,000 miles on it. I have very mild HVBJB concerns due to the expected high temps tomorrow in the 90's but I'm not going to stress about it. However, I do expect the trunk to be opened for several hours tailgating and I would like to play music. If it's super hot, I can see spending some time inside the car with the AC on. I don't have any range issues to deal with but I obviously, don't want to stress the 12 Volt.
What is the best approach for say 2 hours of tailgating? Leave the car running with the AC off, tailgate up, music on? Run the AC when I need it but leave the car on... right?? Thanks. ?
