Use the Tesla/FindUs website and check the box for NACS Partner. Page AZ is Tesla only. You need the NACS partner or Open to other EVs Supercharger V3/V4.

You can also search via Plugshare but it's slightly more complicated and not always up to date.

Enabling Plug & Charge will help you with NACS Partner Superchargers, but won't help with Tesla only V1/V2 sites.

Where did it say it was available for Ford users?

It definitely isn’t because it’s an older 150kW station which are all Tesla only.

The Ford dealership in Page did. Go figure!

I’ve used mine a few times. Plug in the adapter to the cable first, then plug the whole thing into the Mach E. Should just start working within 30 seconds.
Yup, I use my adapter on a weekly basis and these are the steps I follow, it works every time.

Hi All,

Received the free Tesla adapter to use on 22 Mach E from Ford back in November 24. Never used it until today after months of it sitting new in the box.

Went to a Tesla Super Charging station and plugged it in and all I received was an error -

Charging Error - Please check charger for power. Try another stall or contact charge provider.

Tried another stall same error. Anyone else ever have such an issue at a Tesla Super Charger Station?

Everything was put together and clicked as it should but the charging. :(

Thanks
I have the same problem - Plug and Charge not working on my 2021 Mach-e. I have had several exchanges with Ford customer service but no resolution so far [service ticket has been generated]. The service reps at Ford acted like they never had any complaints about Plug & Charge not working if the required parameters have been set.

In theory, here are the things needed to make it work.
BlueOval charge network set to Active [In Ford Pass go to Vehicle, Connected Services - BlueOval should be set to Active]
Go to Energy on the bottom of Ford Pass. Go to Public Charging. Set Filters: 1. Ultra Fast Only, 2. Plug and Charge, 3. Available Now, 4. BlueOval Charge Network. This will should open a map showing available compatible stations in your area. Select one that states Adapter Needed and Plug and Charge.

If that doesn't work, the alternative is to download the Tesla app and follow the steps provided. I found one Tesla station (solid middle) at which the adapter is already attached to the plug. I've had no issues using the Tesla app.
