Ummmm......I know we've had back-to-back GWM updates before...but I'm kinda surprised that again this morning I now have yet another GWM update that will take me from "-FAS" to apparently "-FAT".

So yesterday when I was returned to the available software screen after doing the "-FAR" to "-FAS" revision and there was another GWM update I thought it was because the one I had just done didn't clear properly. But there is a new one again this morning.

Heading out now to do this new one now. This is weird.

So I did the "-FAS" to "-FAT" gateway update and literally the DID F188 was the only thing that changed.

So after checking 4 more '23 models it turns out that yesterday's "-FAS" revision was some sort of mistake.......every '23 model I've checked this morning is now showing "-FAR" as their current revision but they will be jumping straight to "-FAT" whenever their gateway is updated and skipping "-FAS" altogether.

So strange.
I would love to know the real story. The conversations that you KNOW took place amongst the folks that have the necessary rights/credentials for loading the Motorcraft software queues.

If there was a boo-boo in the one they released yesterday, kudos to them for catching it right away and pulling it before it spiraled out of control.

Not really concerned per se. They just rolled out a fix for the fix they rolled out the day before.

Yeah, this was the one that was floating around as an urgent fix for the lockout right? I pushed the one yesterday but my 3 day FDRS window isn't up now.

A few F150's reported back-to-back GWM OTA's yesterday. ECG-24.2.4.10 followed by ECG-24.2.5.6.2. Maybe it was not a fix for a fix but an update that needed to be done in 2 parts.

Yea, strats are different, but release notes seem to line up.
