Third time with the Powertrain Malfunction/reduced power and High-Voltage Battery Warning

The service rep told me they reset it and test drive but if the issue doesn't happen while they have it hooked up all they do is return it to me. it would be one thing if i brought it in at 9 and could pick it up the same day but its always at least two days at the shop. I think they don't have enough techs for EVs. The three times it has happened have been during acceleration. Anyone have insight on this issue?

Same exact situation for me. 3rd time in a month, 4th time total. Always the same situation, driving at highway speed and try to accelerate. Each time the dealer resets the errors and gives me back the car. No actual repairs. Asked about the known bad HVBJB part replacement but told too many error codes to point to that exact issue. It takes a several days to a week to have it looked at and test driven. I am driving around a half powered GT right now waiting for the next good time to have someone pick me up from the dealership.

You guys need to print out TSB 23-2020 and shove it in your service advisor's face. Make sure you highlight the part about replacing the HVBJB. Also get a case manager involved.

I can take it if someone reset my errors and sent me on my way once, but three times come on man, what do you want the customer to do? brick the car in a dump somewhere, this is incompetence at it's worst

It's happened three time but they've only half assed it twice, hopefully i will be better prepared this go round

Wanted to update my situation. I went to another dealership in town and had an entirely different experience from my previous ones. The new dealership got my car in first thing in the morning on the day I was finally able to bring it in. They diagnosed the bad HVBJB immediately and said they had one in stock and would replace it that day. I got the car back the following day. All seems well so far. I haven't had a chance to hard accelerate at highway speed yet but so far I'm super happy. I love the car and have put almost 25,000 miles on it in less than 2 years. I Hopefully this is the fix. I haven't had any other problems with the car at all.
