That seems to be my case.

I see the car's two connections on my home network, but rarely is there any actual activity.

Updates *seem* to only come via 4G LTE.
Most updates come over the cell network. Ford has to flag the update to be available to either LTE or WiFI and It seems they don't do that for most of them.

I rec'd 6.7.0 this week and that update too HOURS to download (Not to install ... just to download). I have crazy fast internet here ... but I think that update was downloading over LTE connected via some 300 baud acoustic couple phone with a rotary dial. It was painfully slow.

And ..... I just got 6.8.0 tonight (car in EAP). I'm not sure how many more there are -- but I think we have to be close to the end.

2021 GT (job 2) got 6.2.1 on Saturday (12/2) and 6.3 today. Glad to see things moving along again.

2021 Job 2, still stuck at 6.1

Granted I haven’t had a lot of time to charge it recently, so it’s been running in the 10-50% battery range with about 20-40 miles put on each day.

Not sure how the 12V system works in relation to overall charging/miles driven.
Well I charged up to 100% on Monday and the 6.2.1 update installed the next day. Hoping to see some more updates the rest of this week.

Really interested in getting BlueCruise 1.3 because version 1.0 is not all that great.

Successful update over last night from 6.1 to 6.2.1. Yesterday it said it was downloading and my Wi-Fi logged this.

Mine is not crazy fast but is stable (about a 1 MB/s download speed). This is the first I have ever seen the car use Wi-Fi to this extent. Maybe a change on the horizon? Ford can save on a lot of cellular data cost for us connected at home.

Ok, so which one of you guys was driving around with your frunk opened? Seriously though, reusing numbers with different release notes is going to make this real confusing really quick.

I just want to give kudos to the 300 baud couple phone reference.

To be fair, 4G LTE has a decent download speed, but I suspect it's low priority network traffic on AT&T's network.

Oct 2021 production GT-PE. I got 6.2.1 two days ago, along with a change in my mirror folding preference. I fixed that before driving home from work. 🤪🐩

Your 6.3.0 is different than mine. Is that common, if so the numbers don't mean anything.

A given update may do different things for different vehicles and different years of vehicles. For every one of the updates, Lightnings are one step behind Mach Es on the path to BC 1.3.

So, the numbers are meaningful but very annoying to understand!
