Unable to schedule OTA update

Hi everyone, I am stuck trying to update my Mach E to Ford Power-U 3.6.1. My Fordpass App tells me that I need to complete 2 steps in order to proceed with the software update.

Step 1: Schedule - app tells me to get behind the wheel -> Select the Vehicle Icon -> Select Settings -> Select System Updates - > Select Schedule Updates and modify the vehicle's schedule.
Step 2: Connect - connect to a stable wifi connection

I was able to do Step 2 no problem but cannot perform Step 1 as I do not have any option in any of my system menus to schedule an update. See attached images for what I see when I select Software Updates.

Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed? Thanks

I'm in the same situation. No option to even select to schedule on screen. Ford OTA couldn't help. Neither could dealer. No idea what's next

My car finally got the options after the 4.1.x series of updates. I’m not sure which made them appear as I didn’t think to look until the whole series was applied.

I applied the updates using FDRS and did not wait for OTA. I was successful in the past at receiving OTA with the menu options missing.

For anyone having this problem in the future, this problem was resolved with time. It was 2 full days from when I received the Fordpass update notification and when I finally gained the ability to schedule it in the Mach E.
