Untapped potential for Frunk Accessories

Seeing the new Rivian Frunk teardown video from Munro today got me thinking.

Now that we are near summer here in NA, wouldn't it be great to have a few accessories for the Frunk to better utilize this space for cooler potential?

The OEM dividers are a disaster. Most of us know the backstory there so I won't recap it. But when I watched the Rivian video, I'm immediately jealous of the platform divider that folds up magnetically (see video at 2:30), and allows full use of the bottom for cooler space while retaining functional space up top for other items you don't want dunked in ice or water.

Granted, the MME Frunk space is smaller than that of any EV truck, but surely there is a way to utilize the holes from the OEM dividers to allow for installation of a platform that would make this space even more funtional. Hell I would take a divider that allows me to split the Frunk 50/50 right down the middle, to contain the ice on one side while keeping other items on the right. @AOSK , any thoughts?

I hadn't thought of this, but we totally have some accessory holes for some cool ideas, don't we? I, for one, like the dividers most of the time; to have the ability to raise them when I don't need them, however.... I would buy that in a heartbeat!

I modified the dividers so I can remove the center piece easily.

Being that the dividers were put in on Job 1 2021 cars and all newer cars do not have them, I doubt any company is going to spend the time to design something for a small selection. It would be nice if a cooler made for the frunk, without dividers, was made. That would be awesome.

No, that's wrong. You need a bungie on the other side of the cooler, and one holding the hood down, and then you're good.

Honest question - do you not still have the 4 holes in your frunk where the divider goes (probably covered by caps)?

I agree with your statement if the holes aren't there, but I guess I just assumed that they would be.

No, it is a "solid" insert, with only the drain on the bottom.
