My check software update is not loading. It just keeps scrolling and won’t load.

I have reset sync.

The last message I got a couple weeks ago was 10.1.1 was incomplete.

Any advice?

Turn off Connectivity. Wait a minute, then turn it back on.

This typically means your GWM isn't communicating with the APIM properly.

Unhooking the battery for 10 minutes and hooking it back up should bring it back if it doesn't come back on its own soon.

I have also seen this behavior when my car is actively installing or downloading an OTA. It will refuse to load that screen and then when I finish the drive (or sometimes the drive after), I will get a notification informing me that an update has been installed (or is ready to be installed).

Doesn't happen every time, sometimes it gives me the normal prompt, but about 50% of the time that my car has installed an update, this screen would hang just like that during the process.
