Well-said! Some people just don’t understand that the cheese has moved
The cheese has moved and I can almost see it in the distance.

I'd rather get a rock solid one in the second week of January rather than have stuff fall off driving it home in December.
Well, of course. I would have hoped the FEs we've been expecting to be delivered to the US in December (already accounting for COVID delays that pushed it back from October) wouldn't be delivered without a solid build.

I'm just disappointed that's there's NEW delays now, and that it's appearing many (most) US FE deliveries will get pushed into 2021 now.

It now looks like they will practice on lots of Dutch cars in mid-late November so they’ll be practiced by the time they build ours.

It’s not that there are new delays, we’re just learning more about why our cars have the build schedules they do.

‎In fact what was possible initially planned, a simultaneous delivery USA Europe, it would be excellent for us, a little less for you.‎

All the bitching about "I paid to get my car first" is getting really old, too.
Well this is the thread discussing production schedule and (currently) new delays in delivery (that will cost some of us significant $$), so there's gonna be some disappointment expressed. Perhaps it's a thread to bypass if only wanting to read happy posts.

It was stated above that they're 3 weeks behind, which is pushing FCTPs into MP2 and thus pushing customer units back.

Previous info said customer units started next week and FEs were expected to be cranked out in the first 3 weeks.

Sure sounds like new delays.
