I frequently get “You’re seeing the last details … before it went to sleep”. Is this not normal. This message appears after the car has sat for 1 hour or more.
That IS normal

Deep Sleep specifically says “Deep Sleep” it’s normal for it to go into normal sleep shortly after you turn it off

deep sleep usually happens after a few days, not an hour later
How can you tell it's in deep sleep?
I normally see in the app saying the data was updated xx hours before when car went asleep, and I could wake it up with control buttons.

It will literally say “Deep Sleep”

Can you please elaborate? Does the car actually say that? Is it loud??
Lol you can tell which people don’t read the whole thread, I swear I’ve said that like three times. I see why you’ve been on hiatus, don’t blame ya.

Here's the website on it, but it's for ICE vehicles. I guess we can try to assume the time is the same. The MME manual has no reference to deep sleep.

Yeah if people are going into deep sleep after a few hours, judging by this it would be voltage at 9.5v, that seems bad? Sounds like a bug. I wonder if this is push activated from server side whenever FP servers get a lower voltage battery status from vehicle or they are messing with what constitutes deep sleep in the MME

That's what I'm saying is impossible though. If an MME gets to 9.5v it will stop functioning and you would have received many critical faults. That specifically is for ICE vehicles. At 12.3v the MME will maintain the LVB and alert you that it's doing so with a battery drain message. The only time it will not maintain the LVB is if the HVB is under 12% charge.

To be quite honest I'm not sure if the MME has a deep sleep at all since it's not in the manual and the LVB shouldn't ever have an issue staying charged.

I still think that the sleep that the OP and others are referring to is regular sleep, not deep sleep.

I’ve definitely seen a Deep Sleep message a few times like I mentioned in this thread previously. So you’re thinking it’s probably just erroneous message held over from ICE vehicles?

I'm not saying that we don't have deep sleep. I've just never seen in any documentation that we do, so I don't want to assume either way. It does sound logical that after many days unplugged and not in use we would, but why isn't it documented anywhere? I can say for sure that if the MME gets to 9v on the LVB it's not deep sleep you would have to be worried about. The car wouldn't even turn on at that voltage.

I'm still thinking that the OP is just conflating the ICE deep sleep with the normal sleep where the car just doesn't update to Ford until there's a lock or power event. This is to save on the battery.

An example of this is that the car is locked and you go into the office. Why would it need to continually report it's status? It doesn't. So the car waits for an unlock event and reports that. Or an alarm event etc. There's just no reason for the vehicle to report continuously while it's stationary and not in use.

I don’t know if it’s formally called ‘deep sleep’, but I believe when your Mach-E has fallen into a ‘deep sleep’, you get this message on the center display when you turn the vehicle on.

I agree with @Logal727, there seems to be some correlation with the IPC being stuck on. My guess is that at some point, the Mach-E realizes some screens are on (because there is unusual power drain?) and seems to shut everything down to a lower state of activity, ‘deep sleep’.

While I have seen this message many, many times, I never have had a LVB issue. Message clears from the center display after 15 seconds or so from start up.

Yeah I honestly have never seen what the normal operation for it should be.
Yeah … I’m not sure just when deep sleep should start. I do have to agree though that an hour is a bit on the excessively short side. I’m
