What does this mean?

New owner here. Regarding software updates: I know what the following statement says but I'm not sure what it means.

"We are working on retrieving your available Update Details. Please check your in-vehicle screen for Update Details by going into Settings > System Updates."

Are they actually doing something or is this a polite way of saying, "Nothing is being dine but we have to put something in that update box."

Don't know what it means, but I see the same thing. For those wondering where we are seeing this, it is on the Ford website, vehicle dashboard, software updates.

My warranty info on Ford.com says "Oops". Has for weeks.
