What does this orange icon mean

Crap isn't that how we all ended up here. For the next couple of months I'll have an indicator in my car telling me it's cold outside and the road could be dangerous.. I would never have figured that out without that indicator. How did people survive without all this modern technology.

My next question was going to be why is it drunk driving if I enable blue cruise while drunk. I'm not the one driving, the car is. ?

I think it is meant to advise you of possible adverse road conditions while on longer trips where conditions can change rather rapidly and without obvious indicators. Think driving through a mountain pass in rainy conditions, then you enter a zone with sudden temp drop. I agree that most of us don't really need that info, but could be useful to some.

Just thinking about this now, but shouldn't that snowflake be blue? An orange snowflake says to me, my car has the power to melt snow and ice on the road ahead as I drive.
