Thanks for checking. These look like LED hubs rather than the floating kind.
It’s the center caps that have a weight on them and when the wheels are spinning they pony stays always hoofs down
Yes, these are that type. The pony always stays with hoofs down. They are floating otherwise I would not have mentioned them. They also happen to be lit up.

I always put my wheels on with the Ponies the right way up.

These ponies can't be done that way. All 4 are the same. On the left side of the vehicle, the ponies run towards the front of the car, but on the right side of the vehicle, they run to the rear of the car. All they had to do was print 2 different kinds, but they never did.

Ah, that’s why after I put the wheels on with the Ponies the right way up, next time I looked they had turned 😉

Same thing happened when I turned a wheel around cos tyre was flat at bottom, after short while the flat ended up at bottom again
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I just make mine so they are in the same position relative to the valve.

Spinners are a nuisance and a waste of money. Hopefully, a fad from the past that is long gone. The driver can't see the effects from inside the car. The spinning motion looks like the car is not gonna stop when and where it's supposed to. I believe there is no benefit from a stationary center cap.
