I was looking at Ford.com and realized that I somehow still have Alexa, despite it having been supposedly a 3-year trial. I clicked into it to see what the expiration date was, and there isn't one listed. By contrast my Bluecruise shows an expiration date next week (see screenshots below).
I'm worried that one day they are going to just up and decide to charge me for this. And I have no way to cancel it anywhere I can see (even if I scroll all the way down). I don't need it. I don't use it ever.
I know Alexa can be disabled in my vehicle, but I do not believe that is turning off the service itself. Is there a way to do that? Does anyone else's' Alexa show an expiration date on Ford.com?
I have a vehicle I took delivery of in 2021. 4 years ago this month.
