I ordered a Mach-E at a local dealership in December 2021. I received email confirmations and a priority code of 10. I created a Ford.com account with the hopes of tracking the order on the "My Reservations, Orders and Purchases" page. I used the same email address while registering for an account that my dealership order used. When I login and visit that page it displays "Our records show you have no reservations, orders, or purchases.".
When should an order show up on Ford.com "My Account"?
I tried the website chat support and they had me call Ford. The rep told me that I should not look there, I should look at https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ but I need a VIN for that. I tried to explain to the rep that I was logged into a Ford account and what I was looking at but there was a language or knowledge barrier on their end. I just want to see my order. Any ideas?
I have tried calling the dealer but they do not call back and my salesperson is not very savvy when it comes to the Internet.
