I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this, but 6.4 on my 2022 GTPE has made my car stop staying in the lane in BC. It seems to forget about the lane and wanders out of it, so I wonder if they have stopped the update process because of this?

This issue started with 6.1 on my 2022 GTPE. Was working flawlessly up until then.

My 2019 F150 with 72k miles still gets OTA SYNC (IPMA?) updates.

The folks thinking Ford is going to abandon OTAs for the Mach-E in the near future are OTL (Out To Lunch).

1. OTAs are an important part of the Tesla business model which Ford is trying to emulate.

2. OTAs are a required for Ford's subscription revenue model.

4. All of the above is easier when you have vehicles on the same software baseline.
Only problem here is that at no time in the history of the MME have they actually been able to accomplish 4.

I know the software team has a rather tough job. It still doesn’t excuse the fact that they could have, and should have, made certain that early on in the first OTA roll outs that they got all of the cars at the same software baseline. It would have made roll outs of subsequent OTAs a lot easier. Trying to put the toothpaste back in the tube at this point is a fool’s errand.

Send a voice message from the car reporting it. Do so with the approximate time of the incident.

All those modules, except GFM, are listed as part of CSP 23B50.

Edit: The SOBDMC, PCM, and BECM modules are also listed in the HVBJB recall.

BC on 6.1 it's still reliable for me. I am glad they stopped the updates until they figure out what is going on.

Not necessarily. I recall one of the Power Ups arrived out of order for some folks when Job 1 cars first received BC via OTA.
We may hear from 6.5.0 before it’s all done.
