Do you mean it's working only via Bluetooth or also remotely via internet mobile data like in the US?

Someone got lucky. Unfortunately I'm still stuck with failed 2.6.0.

Not sure if someone already mentioned it in this post. But this might be relevant for those stuck at 1.6.0 or failed 1.7.1. After my multiple complaints, I got a call from Ford DE number last week that they have a hotfix available starting this week that will fix the issue with the failed 1.7.1. You will have to make an appointment with the dealership and they will have to apply the patch. My appointment is on 1st Aug, so let's see how that goes.

Got 2.7.2 and one thing that is weird is that I suddenly have 100km more than usable. Don‘t know what happened there. Still need to figure out if it‘s because I haven‘t driven a highway for a while or the temperature.

After a failed 2.6.0 mid June, I today received a message that 2.6.0 was successfully installed. Car was just parked..
