This is relevant to UK owners only, I think. I’m currently selling my 2021 Mach-E and had the expected valuation reduced by £1,200 by Motorway.com because they say I only have a partial service history. I have serviced my Mach-E much more frequently than every 2 years but assumed it was 2 years and unlimited miles because the FordPass app and website show every “2 years (0 ml)” for my VIN. Unfortunately, after speaking to Ford UK customer services via email, it appears the mileage limit changes depending on the model year so a 2021 is every 2 years or 18,000 miles, and a 2024 for example, is every 2 years with unlimited miles. So, if you have been servicing your 2021 based on what the FordPass and Ford website have been saying the service interval is for your vehicle, you may be in for an expensive surprise!
