Wont go into gear.

It happened when we first got the Mach-e in August and now it has happened again. Turns on but will not go into gear. the shifting nob would not turn. I had to have it towed back to the dealer. I didn't get a message on the screen this time.
Anybody have any ideas?

Happened on my first night. I was playing…I mean testing…PAAK. I started the car, then got out. Got back in and the shift knob would not turn. My screen asked me to put in my password and then press on the break. The I could shift the gears. Sounds like there is a bug someplace that causes it to lock up.

If it tells you to press on the break, it's clearly broken.

Asking for the password means it wasn't recognizing PaaK and wanted the backup password, i.e. your car was functioning just fine.
