I received an X-Plan PIN in March 2020 because of the Ford stock I own. On March 3, I submitted a request for a new PIN since my old one expired, but I have not received the PIN. My Mach E arrived today, but I can't pick it up, or I will lose the X-Plan discount.
I asked the dealer if they could help get a new PIN, but they said they could not help. The email address I submitted the X-Plan forms to is [email protected].
Does anyone have any contact information for a person that can assign a PIN at Ford?
