Here is my update, all went in easy. The new end links are real nice. No squeezing, error codes or clunks.

Here is an update with about 10k miles on them the unplugged performance end links are toast. They started clicking so I ended up replacing them.

Out of curiosity I put the Steeda adjustable end links back in and they click too.

Conclusion the clicking issue I was having with the Steeda sway bar was that the Steeda end links went bad.

And the reason many of us after 10K miles (or less) have replaced the entire Steeda kit with Eibach. Over 40K miles on my '21 and 15K on my '24 with the Eibach's and not one peep out of them. Besides having to modify the Steeda front bar so as not to contact suspension parts, Mike, I and some others had issues with the rear bar on our GT contacting the body when we had two passengers in the rear.

Understood, I have tried both and prefer the Steeda bar.

That being said the culprit when it comes to the clicking is the end links not Steeda's setup.

So problem solved in my case. I have never had any fitment issues with the bars or contact with the car

Have you ever had 2 adults in the back seat with luggage in the rear? Every time I would bring friends home from the airport, which happens quite a bit, I would have a knocking noise going over slight bumps. I also took photos and documented where the bar hits the body on each side. Mike Huffman had the same issue along with a few others that own a GT. I'm not sure if Steeda changed the shape of their bars from the very first ones that we bought but maybe so. Glad to hear you haven't had issues though. 😊

I have had 4 total adults in the car but don't usually haul anything other than people. My car is not lowered and that could make a difference too

I agree with Mark.

Also want to point out that the Eibach bar let's you use the stock end links. The Steeda bar requires custom end links. I replaced the Steeda bar with the Eibach bar and one big reason was to go back to the stock end links.

I never replaced the rear Steeda with Eibach, but as Mark pointed out, I did have it hit a couple times when I had passengers in the rear seat and drove over a big bump in the road. If I did that frequently I would definitely want to replace that bar as well.

I understand what both of you are saying. And am not disputing what you are saying. You made the right choice for your needs and wants. Likely there are others like myself that prefer the more sporty Steeda bar.

However the point is the Steeda bar itself is not the issue the poor quality adjustable end links are the problem. That's new information relevant to this thread

Brian, are you aware the Eibach front bar is much stiffer than the Steeda? The rear Eibach on the other hand only just a bit stiffer than the OEM bar.

Yes, I am. The Steeda feels more sporty to me, it responds to steering input quicker

It could be that when I had the Eibach front bar in combination with the Steeda rear that that's not an ideal situation

One other note is with the Eibach on the front at its highest setting, and the Steeda in the back also at its highest setting. I could get one of the rear wheels to come off the ground in really aggressive cornering, not something I like very much. With the Steeda on the front and back, it seems not to do that.

How is the problem solved? You said both end links are crap? What is your third set?

I bought an additional aftermarket end link set and installed it. The problem is gone.

Hard to believe I had two sets of aftermarket sway bar links go bad in less than 15k miles but that's what happened.

what was the third one? another of the Unplugged performance ?
https://whitelineperformance.com/products/klc180-315-link-kit?variant=31709303734314

whiteline has a set also
While I am not answering your question, just wanted to comment on the Whiteline end links. I used them in my Focus RS and they were excellent. I've had 3 Mach-E's and so far have not had any issues with the OEM end links with the Eibach sway bars. I did have issues (as well as others) with the Steeda end links. If I ever have a problem with the OEM end links, I would switch the the Whiteline's.

Awesome! I think i'm just going to get the whitline and avoid the steeda ones. Ironically when they shipped my order I was missing all the hardware associated with the front sway bar. The rear was a PITA. The top bolt on the passanger side was hell to tighten and the top bolt on the driver side was hell to loosen.. LOL. I didn't have any socket heights that would fit perfectly to use leverage. Had to use a regular wrench and hand/finger strength.. LOL hands are sore this am.
