Has anyone been able to access the EA Pass+ rate using Plug & Charge

How about the EA Pass+ member's rate? Have we given up all hope that FordPass gives us the Pass+ member rate? How about accessing our own member rate using Plug & Charge?

Just finished up a short road trip and the pricing wasn't EA Pass+ for sure. I haven't been able to find a place where we can "upgrade" or add our Pass+ info on Ford Pass. I am planning 2 cross country trips in the next couple months and would love to get the better pricing, as I am sure many would.

I was trying to set up the EA app today and it is a mess. Doesn't recognize credit card info, can't do VIN lookup, etc. It is effectively useless right now.

I was hoping they would be giving us 2 years of Pass+ free with the FordPass app.

Who do we need to poke to make them put our membership info into the FordPass app.? I understood from the many webinars that all our "network" memberships would be able to be put into the one FordPass app.

I set up the EA app and used it successfully the first time last week. Activated the station before plugging in flawlessly. And last night, went back to the same station using FordPass Plug & Charge successfully as well.

I was under the impression as well that Pass+ was included with the "FordPass Charging Network" for the first two years, because otherwise I struggle to think what about the FordPass Charging Network is worth paying for. If Plug&Charge barely works and I needed to make my own EA account anyway, why not just turn it off after the 2 years and use my EA app with Pass+ full time? I wonder how much "turnover" they'll have when they start sending us bills for FordPass Charging Network "membership."

In 18 months P & C will be flawless and everybody will be happy to fork over the small monthly fee that pads Ford's books. (100,000 Mach-Es x $3/month... dang! Why didn't I think of that?)

I did and spoke to someone at EA, too. Not very good, though. As of right now, we don't get the discounted rate. I believe one of them said more news would be coming to make it easier. Not sure what that meant, but seemed more favorable than what we have today. No timeline given.
