Did your Mach-E come with a tow eyelet?

It appears that there’s supposed to be a tow eyelet included with the Mach-E. I discovered under the inflation kit a cut out with the shape of one. I also see an access panel on the front bumper area. There’s no mention of it in the owners manual.

Where would you attach a towing eyelet? That access panel on the front bumper just houses the electrical leads to emergency open the frunk, no?

Mine car was just received this week...not one there even a spot for it. May be for the European cars? No where to attach it on my car anyway.

That doesn't exist for us here in North America, unfortunately.

Yep. This is for certain European destined cars only. I believe there's a regulation requiring that the car have it.

My 2023 MME GT PE purchased new in New Zealand in October 2024 has the towing eye, painted black, not silver. Cheers Murray

My US-spec 2024 GT has a threaded socket for the tow ring but did not come with one. The one I bought years ago does fit the car however and fits into the under-cargo area spot. ?‍?

I need to check mine. I just called the parts department to order a hook, but they said I don't have the threads. Can anyone else with this combination confirm if they have the threads?

2024s and newer should have the threads. Pop the cover off of the front bumper and look. ??
