Yeah I've checked and rechecked Spam folders and rules etc, my me.com email account is normally very very good at not hiding important stuff, and the Ford email address is in my safe senders list as well.Is your dealer open? Most are still closed, or should be, they are not classed as essential business although they could be working from home. Have you checked your spam? Where are you looking on the Ford website or do you mean your Ford account? Fingers crossed you get it Monday.
In regards to my dealership, it's Busseys Ford in Norwich. They are open for online vehicle sales and essential worker car servicing/repairs as per their website:

I dropped them a message last night to see if they could check everything is ok, and hopefully they will reply in the next few days.
In regards to the order details - yes I was referring to the MyFord Account where reservation info is shown - and it all looks ok on there (well it says "In Progress")
I guess I'll just have to sit tight and wait for dealer to get in touch to confirm it's all ok.
