Charger is Amber Blue Red

Hi, need some help, the charger is not charging, It’s on a 120V and had been working fine for last 3 months. Now the charger lights are showing amber-blue-red. What’s happened?

Usually that’s all amber but would be the first thing I would check.

AMBER	BLUE	RED	MODE EXPLANATION	TROUBLE SHOOTING ACTION
ON	ON	ON	REBOOTING; THE MOBILE CHARGER IS AUTOMATICALLY RECOVERING AFTER ENCOUNTERING AN ERROR.	WAIT FOR THE MOBILE CHARGER TO RETURN TO STANDBY. IF THE MOBILE CHARGER CYCLES FOR MORE THAN 2-3 MINUTES, UNPLUG THE VEHICLE COUPLER. UNPLUG AND REPLUG IN THE CONNECTOR. IF THE ISSUE PERSISTS, CONTACT US.

Seems there was a recall, I was reset and can charge again on level 2 & 3….not tried 1 yet
