GRABBER BLUE Mach-E Club

Was surprised by an ICE Grabber Blue Mustang just cruising up to me at a light the other day - the color was amazing! Even if the grey tones of Seattle - so happy I picked Grabber Blue! Have to say, I was intrigued by the new Orange though!!

Just to be clear - Pic is of an ICE Mustang - Love the License Plate tho!!!

Nice! I went ahead and grabbed "MACH-EV" in VA. Dealer told me they had already got "MACH-E".

I have a red FE reserved, but I admit I'm tempted to go with Grabber Blue just because of the FE / GT exclusivity. It's not my favorite Ford blue (that would Kona Blue), but the exclusivity and the fact it's very pretty makes it tempting for sure.

Same here, on the fence for the same reason but really like the Rapid Red. I am always cautious about getting a color I might not like long term. The FE should be exclusive enough on it's own but would like to hear what others are thinking as well.

I reserved an FE. I have had 2 Salem mustangs including the ultra rare only 500 made Parnelli Jones version. Personally I am WAY more excited about this car. I got the FECbecause it is THE First Edition. People make fun of the special things like scuff plates and red brake rotors etc but they are missing the point. It has ZERO to do with resale and stuff. It is THE name. We all know that the word LIMITED on a car is worthless. Limited really means the most expensive model. FIRST EDITION means I got their first. I got it the first week available and then it was gone.

ALL is us got this MME because it is unique. It is THE first ALL ELECTRIC mustang with a crazy amount of torque and lots of HP and all of it is electric. This means any version can kick ass at the stop light and we no longer care about the cost of gas. Go 80 MPH on the freeway and do not worry about only getting 15 MPG. People on this forum keep talking about ICE cars and blah blah. I cannot wait to haul ass on the freeway and stuck my middle finger at over priced gas stations next to the freeway.

the ONLY anxiety I have is between now and actually getting the car.
I moved from NY where I was born joined the Army for ten years moved all over the country but decided to get out and live in California. When I bought my first 1982 mustang GT I got a personalized license plate that says NYREFUG. I have had that plate ever since. The paint is wearing and I have had to take a hair dryer to it to remove ALL of the year decals because it was too thick too many times. I now had to switch the front with the rear as I do not want to get a ticket for a hard to read plate.

Agreed, and honestly you can look at it the other way too, there will be less FE's in RED since some feel the Grabber is the best choice as it's the most exclusive. Resale electric is generally a losing battle unless you are Tesla. I am hoping and actually putting money on it like many others, that Ford has put their best foot forward on the MACH-E. Hopefully highly desired, hard to get and built to last. Time will tell.

I was going to select Grabber Blue before Cyber Orange was announced. I had even planned on getting “ICE ETR” on the plates. Now I think “ROLLN E” will be more appropriate....I just wish WA had the same gold on black plates available in CA.

I keep seeing pictures of these car plugged in... If anyone see’s a Mach-E plugged in, don’t take a picture of the car. Take a picture of the charger so we can see how fast it’s charging. We already know what the car looks like.

The driver of the Rapid Red Mach-E is a member of the Team Edison charging team and was headed from Detroit to Cleveland and had no idea another Mach-E would be driving along on the same route. There are about 8 - 10 Mach-E's being driven around the metro area.

I wanted to go with the VA Blue Ridge Parkway plates (I live right beside it), since they're yellow into blue mountains, but they're the "3-3" character setup and I couldn't come up with an available custom tag that would fit/look good.
