Can't deal with the bouncy ride anymore after two weeks with the Mach-E. What do I do?

Do you notice any difference at all in the ride? I am sad to hear that the ride is no less bouncy, but I am curious if there is anything that feels different.
I think you're wanting to ask @Cnote. I haven't made any suspension changes other than occasionally bringing the tire pressure back to specs. My vehicle is still bouncy on certain roads like some concrete highway ramps.

I got the work done and unfortunately I'm not noticing a difference. It's still really bouncy for me. Even the guy at the shop commented on how stiff it still was.

Someone needs to find a stiffer shock or strut for the rear.

That is unfortunate. I don't understand why it would make quite the difference in my car but not yours. We do have two different cars though. Yours being a RWD std battery and mine an AWD ext battery. Like I said before, I was not the only one that noticed it was much less bouncy. I feel bad you spend the time and money on this. Don't know what else to say. I did also replace the rear shocks which were a little stiffer and that also helped a bit more. Nothing in the front I did seem to help at all.

I wonder if the extra weight from the larger pack and front motor may make the vehicle less bouncy? When I've had three large adults and a dog and plenty of luggage in the car, I haven't noticed ride quality issues. When I'm driving by myself, it is not so great.

Mine is also the RWD SR setup.

I know - @markboris doesn't have the bounce because of extra weight from the subwoofer he installed.

Hahaha. I don't think that extra 30 lbs. back there makes much of a difference. All kidding aside, I am very surprised Cnote didn't notice any reduction in bounce.

I didn't really notice any difference but I think like Mark mentioned, I do have the lightest version of the car which may be why it didn't help. I'm still going to give it some more time to see if I notice anything different at all but I did go down some of the roads that cause some of the worse ride and still felt like it was pretty bad.

I knew it was a gamble due to us having different models so please don't feel bad at all! I'll give it some more time to see if I notice any difference over time. At this rate I'll have to wait for some serious aftermarket options (hopefully there will be some).

Another couple of pieces of info...two dealerships were more than willing to do the install so no worry about warranty issues. They were too expensive so I passed and found an independent shop. One of the dealerships asked why I wanted to do the swap and I told them that I thought the suspension was terrible and I was trying something to see if it would help a little and they said it definitely wasn't the first time they heard that.

And the wheels and tires and beauty supplies under the rear load floor and etc etc. :)
Ok, smartass...... JK. The wheels and tires had nothing to do with the bounce. I recently changed out the tires on my wheels from the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV (255/45/20, 295/40/20) to the Pirelli P Zero All Season Plus (245/45/20, 275/40/20) and there was no difference. In between doing this, I put the OEM wheels/tires back on for a few days, again no difference. So I can rule out this having any effect on bounce.

Yeah I appreciate the update even if it’s not good news. I wonder what OP decided to do.

Yeah, not sure why people are focusing on springs.

Bounciness (or lack there of) is a factor of the shocks. For example: magnaride.

My parents had a Jeep Grand Cherokee they towed behind their RV. Shocks had like 200,000 miles on them.

Totally shot. If you went over a speed bump, it would bounce like 5x.

Spent $100 on new shocks and bounciness was instantly fixed.

All springs would bounce without shocks. The GT springs are stiffer so the bounce would be less, but again, the shocks are likely to blame for what people are describing.

I've had 4 adults in the car and I think the ride wasn't as bad but it was still not good at all (the folks in the car commented on it). Unfortunately it's mostly just me driving and I'm not yet ready to load suitcases full of weights as a permanent passenger heh. I just can't figure out why my ride is so bad. It's not like my other car is a floaty Lexus or something so I don't think I'm extra sensitive but for some reason this car makes me feel like a bobblehead or like I'm galloping on an actual mustang lol.
