Ford Connected Charging Station not reporting kWh

Thank you. My charger is in my garage and it never occurred to me what that was. BTW my charger, since Dec 1 is now showing 0 kWH too But it stopped completely in November either sometime just before I should have recorded 2 charges in one day. Two unusual events come to mind. 1. The two charges in a single day or 2. I think we had a brief power outage sometime before the two charge day. Also I think it may have been just before December 1 that I unplugged and then plugged in the charger which had a solid blue light , which got an immediate solid blue light, i.e. connected to WiFi. I think I need to hang a notebook next to the charger to record dates/times/sunspots etc to try to provide data to help the charger’s manufacturer solve this

Also noticed that the charger time is off by one hour from the actual time as recorded from the MME data feed.

My firmware was 1.058 last time I successfully checked before September. Can't successfully check on last 50 or so attempts... It's hard to get the phone and station to agree to talk via Bluetooth, and if/when they do, the phone app freezes after filling in just two of the fields on that page, or simply crashes without fanfare.

Downloaded from the App Store (iPhone). Still 1.2.2 and I see in “About” my firmware is 1.058. That’s where that little rascal “firmware version” is hiding.

The phone app is 1.2.4. That's what @Jimrpa was referring to in the post you questioned.

That's a separate app... the Ford Charge Station Setup app is at 1.2.4 ... that's not the same as the software in the charge station itself ... the latest of which should be 1.2.2.

The charge station normally checks for software updates once per week ... but if you power it off (shut off the breaker) and back on ... it does check for updates short after boot up once it has a WiFi connection.

You should see 1.2.4 in the Apple App Store. It’s been there for 2 days. Restart your phone?
