Preconditioning without Ford Connected Charging Station

B) And if so - how to start this phase up ?
C) Can it be in combination with navigation to the charging point?

You can precondition the CABIN when unplugged, but it only conditions the battery when plugged in.

Multiple threads on this.

A) Pre-heating the cabin happens when you remote start. Setting a departure time when plugged in preconditions the battery. When unplugged it performs the same function as remote start.
